Trong khoảng thời gian do người dùng xác định, IP WatchDog2 Lite phát hiện trạng thái kết nối internet và các thiết bị được kết nối LAN. IP WatchDog2 Lite giám sát tính khả dụng của tối đa 10 thiết bị và có thể đặt lại một hoặc hai thiết bị vật lý (hai kênh đầu ra).
Trong trường hợp kết nối internet hoặc bất kỳ thiết bị được giám sát nào ngừng phản hồi, IP WatchDog2 Lite có thể khởi động lại tối đa hai thiết bị được kết nối thông qua rơle DO AC 50V/0,5A (DC 30V/1A).
Cũng có thể khởi động lại từng kênh đầu ra theo cách thủ công từ trang chính (có mật khẩu).
Một máy chủ web tích hợp được sử dụng để cấu hình.
Device Failure Detection – 4 + 1 Methods:
- Outgoing PING: IP WatchDog2 sends PING requests periodically.
- Incoming PING: IP WatchDog2 waits for a PING from the monitored device (heartbeat).
- WWW page request (Web client): IP WatchDog2 checks if a defined web page on the external device is accessible.
- WWW page (Web server): IP WatchDog2 waits for a request from the external device for its internal web page.(heartbeat).
- Manual reboot: A human operator can manually reboot the channel (output).
Outputs and Channels
- 2 Physical DO (relay) Outputs on the device / 12 Detection Channels
- 12 channels for failure detection are available in single IP WatchDog2 Lite device
- One IP WatchDog2 can restart or power cycle 2 physical devices (2x DO with 50V max NO/NC relay).
- Other channels can detect a failure state and reboot remote Virtual Outputs (external Poseidon2 or Damocles2 devices).
